Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, a refund will be issued only for unopened products that are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that the products have not been opened and meet the return conditions, we will process the refund.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery.
